TULAY EXPERIENCE

TULAY PROGRAM of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) in partnership with the Depatment of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and with special sponsorship of the Microsoft Unlimited Potential, is a timely help the Philippine government can offer to Overseas Fuilipino Workers with their families and relatives to equip themselves with necessary computer operations skills needed to become competent in the marketplace they will be employed in. Thus, soaring above the the crisis the world is presently facing.

I can personally attest that, having the experience I acquired in the "On-the-Job" training in the different PC operations. With the in-depth knowledge and untiring support of our Trainer Ms. Anna May Guzman, an IT Professional herself can make make each trainees successful in this endeavor.

I strongly recommend this to everyone who qualifies for the said training!!!
